In the intro to Healing Elixirs and Herbal Medicine workshop you will learn aplenty! No matter what your level of knowledge is in nutrition and herbs, whether you have none at all, have done some experimenting yourself, or know lots and want more, Josh will surely inspire and educate.

In this 2-hour demonstration style workshop, Josh will get into the healing power of herbs, mushrooms, spices, and superfoods, and how to work with them to get maximum super powered healing benefit.

He’ll explain how to effectively combine different herbs, ‘shrooms, spices and foods together and how amazingly simple it can be to integrate these elixirs into regular daily consumption.

  • INSPIRED!!!

Josh is an excellent speaker and teacher! I found him to be just a wealth of information and knowledge in regard to herbs and nutrition. The two hour workshop just seemed to fly by. It was great being able to follow along with the hand out and make notes as Josh was preparing his healing beverages. I can't wait to get into my kitchen and prepare these amazing elixirs and tinctures. I left this workshop feeling inspired and I will defintely share my experience with others. Can't wait for my next workshop!
