Springtime happens to be our favourite time of year for cleansing. With another coming group round of the Fab Uplift Detox starting on Monday (have you registered yet?) the discussion around here turned to how we can do little things…
We had overwhelming demand to extend our December 2012 promotion- we decided to give in and let you peeps have your way! Today is the LAST day to take advantange of our awesome New Years online program promotion, with extra free goodies to get you jump started on the best you yet- so get on that, already!
After we announced our awesome 2013 New Years cleanse offer- we were overwhelmed with excited peeps who were unsure which program was the right fit for them. With all our options, there really is a good fit for anyone and everyone, so check out what each program has to offer you as you jump start your journey to abundant health.
How are you going to do it? We do it every year and frowny, sad face, most of us don’t make it through the year. I have your back.
So many of you have done our online courses in the past with AMAZING success. I am not so silly to think that you would permanently convert to only drinking smoothies. That would be super cray-town and not healthy. But I do know that if you have done my Fab Detox, or my Gluten-Free Cleanse, or my 21 Days To Health or even my UnDiet Meal Prep Made Easy Program, that you have had many awesome health building habits stick around through the year and you are better off for it.
That much I know for sure. I want to help you keep the momentum going, or perhaps kick it off! Watch this video and learn how I have you covered.
It’s been a very busy week here in the kitchen, and we’ve only JUST kicked off our fall season! There’s been lots of exciting action like the start of our Fab Uplift Detox (it’s day two and we feel great), our Culinary Nutrition Expert program has launched, as well as a load of awesome classes. This is just the tip of the iceberg for us as we prepare for all of the amazing stuff we’ve got coming up.
This past Saturday we treaded on new ground. It was all kinds of scary/exciting/awesome- and went off without a hitch. If you have no clue what I’m talking about- I am talking about our first ever Live Stream class!…
You are a demanding lot aren’t you?
Apparently 2 weeks wasn’t enough time to get yourselves registered. Now is your VERY LAST CHANCE. Registration is officially re-opened for the Fab Detox just until 4:00pm EDT tomorrow- no exceptions! At this time we will be send out an email with all the details about the program and this Saturday’s live stream extravaganza. This is your last, last, last chance!
For those of you not ready to take on the full challenge- there are of course a few juicy gems here for you.
8 Easy Detox Strategies To Do Right Now!
You have been asking for it and what you ask for- I always do my very best to deliver. This has been months in the making with loads of interviewing for the perfect crew, testing for the perfect equipment and building for the perfect home to hold our brand shiny new Live Stream Classes!
We have done some before using our own equipment and weren’t overly thrilled with the picture quality. Up there above is the big fancy machine that our crew is going to be using to bring you our Fab Detox class Live in real time, in tip top HD quality!
This is the real deal! That’s Maeve down there below pushing buttons for fun. That is some serious machinery!
Dulse is a sea weed. A delicious one if you ask me, though I know not everyone is inclined to agree. Not everyone loves the taste of seaweed and understandably so. You might think it tastes/smells fish or like um… the sea. You wouldn’t be wrong. I’d say I’m a middle of the line seaweed eater. I love it in nori wraps, mixed in with soups, and of course I’ll throw Irish Moss into just about anything. But I am not such a lover that I’d gladly ditch the sea salt in favour of kelp flakes. No way!
Do you know what the above picture is? It’s what 200 calories looks like. Not all of it together, but each individual group of items. 3 eggs, 4 slices of whole grain bread, nacho chips, half a candy bar…
As I am sure you have heard, we have a group coached program starting a week from Monday on September 24th and it’s all about cleansing out bad habits, getting educated on proper choices and perhaps most importantly, understanding the influence food can have on our energy levels, weight, quality of sleep, cravings, brain function, and stress levels. It all starts with our fuel.
The Fab Detox is not like those faddy, trendy, drop the pounds and gain them right back cleanses. The reason this sweet little 16 program is so kickass is because it is actually changing the way people are eating long after the 16 days are over.
Wouldn’t you know it, that after years of not drinking coffee (I drank tea during university when I pulled all nighters) I found myself at the ripe age of 22 years old becoming a coffee fiend. After a trip to the magical land of Costa Rica- home to some of the best coffee in the world- I decided I didn’t hate the taste of coffee after all, and that sweet little buzz it gave me really was worth all the fuss. Drinking one coffee in the morning before work was harmless, I enjoyed the rich flavours immensely and would savour the warmth of every drop. When I started working in restaurants, the espresso machine called my name daily. My innocent one cup a day turned into 3 or 4 and sometimes even 6 cups over the span of 8 hours. I was hooked. After a while, though, the massive amounts of coffee felt pretty rough on my body. I would go home and keel over in pain from gut rot cramps, or just shake my way home on the streetcar.
It’s aaaaaalmost HERE sweet peeps! Yes indeed, the Fab Uplift Detox- only the best online detox party in the world- is returning and will kick off September 22nd. We already have 115 peeps registered and ready to play- which means more support, more Twitter party buddies and more amazing perspectives. Can you tell we are excited?!
In honour of the triumphant return of the Fab Uplift Detox, we are offering up a super special giveaway (read more about that below the program info).
General registration for the program will open this Friday, September 7th at 12 p.m. E.S.T with only 50 spots available. You need to be on our online courses mailing list to be the first to get the deets when the detox opens (this includes a link ONLY available via the mailing list).
Isn’t it fun to snoop?
Sorry to disappoint- it’s really not that exciting. As we gear up for registration for our next round of the Fab Detox program, you might be thinking- meh, I don’t need to detox. My diet is clean as a whistle. That’s what I used to think too- not realizing the other areas of my life that also needed a little cleansing. My make-up case was one of them.
Are you ready to discover all you need to know about looking your hottest self sans the toxic waste? Are you sure you’re ready for it? See cause once you go clean, you can’t go back.
It’s once again Sunday Funday and we hope you fine peeps are enjoying a good one. We love Sundays because they are all about relaxation and spending time with friends and fam. Even if you have to work today, you know what I’m talkin’ about- Sundays are just a great day. If you are enjoying some aforementioned relaxation, why not unwind and catch up on the blog this week?
It’s the weekend! How are you sweet peeps doing? It’s been big buzzing news around here because the Fab Uplift Detox has returned…and is better than ever. We already have over 80 people registered to participate- including a whole slew of Fab Detox alumni back for more! You can see why we are excited, no? In the spirit of this occasion (you can check out some of the excited tweets from us, and our participant peeps, on Twitter using #fabdetox) we decided to dedicate our weekend recipes to some of our fave detox dishes.
