I have been long time friends with the peeps over at Navitas- and one of my highlights to my frequent trips to California is hanging with Navitas cheerleader herself, Ms. Julie Morris.

So my low glycemic eating loverly lovers, ‘tis Monday morning after a weekend of kicking our sugar cravings to the curb. And? How are we doing?
