Welcome to this new, different and exciting space. Loads of changes over the last few months, and this website is just one of many. I will be giving you a full tour next week- for not, we’ve got too much excitement. UnDiet comes out in less than three weeks! Boom shakalakalalaaah.
I subscribe to the notion that we are better off happily creating than creating to be happy. It can get tricky sometimes though, to maintain that mantra day in and day out- especially when there are big, big things on the horizon.
You have been waiting nearly as long as me for the release of Undiet. It has surely been a long time coming.
And so now it is here. This big thing. For you and for me as this book would not be without you and your support.
